COVID-19 Information

Dear Valued Patients,

We are closely monitoring the new developments of COVID-19. Your health and the health of our staff are of the utmost importance to us.

Thus, we've decided to raise our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety even higher. We are constantly updating our safety protocols with the newest Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommendations.

What You Can Do:

If you have an illness or are exhibiting symptoms, we recommend you cancel and reschedule your dental appointment. Some illnesses and symptoms include a cold or the flu, fever or nausea, severe headaches or body aches, muscle or stomach pain, chest pain or difficulty breathing, vomiting or diarrhea, active tuberculosis (TB), mumps, measles, chickenpox, and other contagious disease.

If you are healthy, there’s no need to cancel your regularly scheduled dental appointment.

What We Are Doing Differently:

We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We are in constant communication with our staff to reinforce our sanitization safety procedures in both patient-facing and back-office areas. We are sanitizing high-traffic areas at an increased frequency.

  • Hand sanitizers are located throughout our front and back office. Sanitizers are refilled and checked regularly.
  • Public touchpoints, such as door handles and knobs are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
  • All surfaces in our practice are wiped regularly, multiple times throughout the day.
